It’s not the very cheapest home inspection that you can get – but you pay for their knowledge. They found a crack in the furnace heat exchanger and we were able to re-negotiate the price down by $12000. We then bought a new furnace and also replaced the Air conditioning with a high efficiency model $8049. We saved over four thousand. That’s what I call a good return on your money.
